Applications are invited for the position on the Regional Campuses.
Under general supervision of the Assistant Director, the Recruitment Officer assists in establishing and administering programs for targeting recruitment of students in graduate or undergraduate programs for the Office of Corporate Communications, Marketing and Public Relations (CCMPR). The successful applicant will also be required to visit schools and make presentations to groups and individuals.
Qualification and Experience required
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications, with a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a similar environment. The applicant should also own a reliable motor vehicle and be willing to work outside of regular business hours.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Skills in the use technology and database programmes
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
High energy personality with the ability to operate under pressure
The Incumbent Should:
Assist with recruitment programmes, making recruitment calls/visit, attending recruitment events both locally and overseas
Provides Photographic and Graphic Design support to the Recruitment Department for social media content, electronic flyers and email transmission.
Contact prospective students to secure applications, which will also include providing the requisite data and information that may be required and providing solutions and career advice to students
Provide report on trends and movements in the recruitment market and in the education sector to guide strategies and tactics within the department.
Assists with the planning and implementing of recruitment activities both on campus and off campus; arranges visits and tours for prospective students and parents.
Provide support in the admission of students into the university which will include but is not limited to assisting in the processing of applications and the procurement of the requisite documents.
