Graduands are allotted invitations for reserved seating for their guests for the Commencements. Each guest must have an invitation to enter the Gymnatorium. Seating is extremely limited within the Gymnatorium and will be on a space available “first come-first serve” basis until the Gymnatorium reaches its allowable capacity. Graduands are encouraged to have their family members and guests arrive early. All guests should be seated no later than ten (10) minutes prior to the start of the Procession.
Not all guests may be accommodated in the Gymantorium therefore seating is provided at the designated overflow tents, also on a space-available “first come-first serve basis”. There will be multiple remote simulcast viewing sites outside of the Gymnatorium, also on a space available basis. Please have your additional family members and guests plan accordingly.
Parking permits will be issued. If you have not been issued with colour-coded parking permits, you will be directed by official NCU personnel to the general parking areas. Your cooperation is anticipated.
