Northern
Caribbean University is not just a another
institution
located in Mandeville, Jamaica, a location
deemed the Mecca of all climes. It is an
institution of learning
founded on the
pillar of spiritual, social, physical and
academics ethos. It is a place where
students are mentored, nurtured and prepared
for life.
The Division of Student Development is
entrusted with the responsibility to assist
in the culturing, grooming, growth and
development of the students who enter these
hallowed halls. The various needs of the
students are catered for through the various
sectors that fall within its purview -
Health Services, Residence Halls, Social
Development, Campus Ministries and
Mentoring and Cafeteria.
It is the mission of the Division of Student
Development to seek to adopt an approach
that leads to the wholistic development of
students from diverse backgrounds by
fostering Christian principles in an
atmosphere of mutual respect, while
preparing each individual for a productive
and meaningful life of service.
