  • Lecturers with qualifications in Curriculum and Instruction


  • Lecturer with qualification in Quantitative Research


  • Lecturer with qualification in Qualitative Research





Qualifications and Experience Required


The ideal candidate for this position should have an earned doctoral degree with the requisite area of competence and prior teaching experience at the Graduate Level


The ideal candidate should


  • Teach courses assigned, integrating faith and learning, modelling Servant leadership and research based Pedagogy.


  • Teach courses in areas of competency, and research


  • Prepares syllabi and other instructional materials in consultation with the Department Chair.


  • Evaluates students’ work, in keeping with the course outline and the grading system published in the University Bulletin, and submit all grades by the deadline stipulated by the University Registrar.


  • Participates as member of dissertation and theses committee.


  • Participates in robust recruitment and enrollment management activities
