Lecturers in Computer and Information Sciences

These positions exist within the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, and reports to the Chair.

The incumbents will be required to: deliver face to face and online courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels; advise and guide students; participate in curricula and course development; conduct student evaluation; and play an active role in the research agenda and the strategic direction of the Computer and Information Sciences Department.

Qualification and Experience

Candidates should possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited university in the information technology domain (Computer Science, Information Systems) and should be able to teach classes in programming and be proficient in utilizing programming languages such as C++, Java etc.


All areas of expertise will be considered.

Successful candidates will be expected to be employed by January 2 2017. Late applications will not be

accepted. Successful candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of achievement for academic

ranking purposes
