2010 Graduating Class
Our Theme, “triumph over trial…empowered to serve,” is not only fitting but indeed relevant to who we are and what we have become. We have triumphed over our many unique trials, whether they were financial, spiritual, physical or emotional; and to God be the glory, we have overcome and are now empowered to serve in the various capacities we may embark upon. With just a little faith, many have entered this noble institution, the beacon upon the hill and I’m quite sure that the few years we have been here, we have grown to trust God more while at the same time building our self confidence, self-worth and finding our purpose in life.
Let me take this opportunity to commend and congratulate you on reaching a significant milestone in your academic and professional development here at Northern Caribbean University. You have triumphed over the academic storms and are now empowered to enter the professional world to continue your quest for greatness. Northern Caribbean University is a service institution that takes absolute pride in training and developing its men and women to be of service to the wider society. This, may I say, is so ably reflected in our theme, “triumph over trials…empowered to serve.”
As we look forward to graduation 2010, may God’s empowering spirit strengthen and guide us as we march boldly not only on the day of graduation but through the rest of our lives. Again, my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to you all.
