Senior Class Fees


Important Notice

DO NOT make any payments to Bill Express regarding the "Graduating Class Fee" which comprises of the souvenir and the class gift. Payments made to Bill Express do not show the names of graduates at the finance office. The names are needed to be sent off to the manufacturer of the souvenirs to be engraved.

The options available for payment are as follows:
Paymaster
Transfer credit from students account to graduating class account (1001154342)
Debit/credit payment to the respective campuses

It is IMPORTANT that students who have already paid their 'graduating class fee' take their Bill Express receipts to their campus representatives for verification.

The names are as follows:
Main Campus (Any member of the Executive Body)
Montego Bay Campus (Sheryl Walters)
Salem Runaway Bay (Christopher Campbell)
Kingston Campus (Jezerene Plummer)

Undergraduate Students
  • $9,000 – Graduate in absentia
  • $13, 500 – Graduation fee plus …
    • Option 1: Gown rental - $2,000
    • Option 2: Gown purchase - $4, 308
N.B. The above fees (graduation fees) are to be paid to the school’s account by July 12th.
  • $5,500 – Class fee option 1 (includes cost of crystal souvenir and class gift)
  • $7,000 – Class fee option 2 (includes cost of circle of knowledge souvenir and class gift)
N.B. The above fees (class fee options) are to be paid into the senior class account (#1001154342) by June 9th to 11th.

Graduate Students
  • $13,500 – Graduate in absentia
  • $17,000 – Graduation fee (not inclusive of gown, the cost of which is yet to be announced)
  • $20,000 – Graduation fee plus gown rental
N.B. The above fees (graduation fees) are to be paid to the school’s account by July 12th
  • $5,000 – Class fee (includes cost of souvenir and class gift)
N.B. The above fee (class fee) is to be paid into the senior class account (#1001154342) by June 9th – 11th.
  • $5,500 or $7,000 – Class fee (includes cost of souvenir and class gift)
