Incomplete Grades

Incomplete Grade

An "I" is recorded in case of incomplete course work because of illness or other unavoidable circumstances. Students who receive such a grade must reduce their course load in the following semester, in order to be able to complete the unfinished work without jeopardizing their success in other classes. The "I" must be removed by the end of the first nine weeks of the semester following the one in which it was incurred; thereafter, it will be replaced by an "F." An "I" incurred at the end of the second semester should be cleared by the end of the summer.
